Almost home away from home!
Having lived in Poland for 4 years, I feel I’ve experienced the best and worst of this amazing country. Poland has a little bit of everything, from stunning coastlines up North, jagged mountain peaks to the South, and thousands of miles of forests, lakes, and flat lands in between.
It’s also very welcoming to most foreigners, especially nowadays, with Warsaw being one of the most multicultural cities I know.

I’ve seen most of the country by now, and we tend to go back every couple of years to visit friends and family, but the Grand tour of 2017 is probably the best holiday/experience I’ve ever had in Poland.
Over 2000km stopping over in 7 locations, and doing it all with my Parents, Asia, and a 4-year old Sofia along for the ride. Great times!
besides that I've lived in Siedlce (probably not worth mentioning, there's not much going on there!), and in Warsaw, which is probably 2 of the best years of my life. As Asia is from Lublin, I've also spent quite a chunk of time exploring this beautiful old city.
My favourite region though, by quite some way, is Zakopane and the Tatra's. Proper mountains towering over the countryside; rustic villages, traditional foods, so much nature!
